WITH the changes in the market brought about by the pandemic, our food-related small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have also adapted with the times. Now, you can enjoy the food of your favorite restaurants at the comfort of your homes.

The Fat Cow and Asian Cow, which are among Philippine Tatler’s 100 Best Restaurants of 2020, are introducing the “Design your own holiday celebration” promo for the whole month of December.

Regulars of the two restaurants or those who have not dined at there yet will now be able to enjoy their dishes at their homes with their families.

Whether you are a small family of five or a large family of 15, the Fat Cow and Asian Cow has got you covered.

Chef Patrick Co said with their holiday promotion, customers can enjoy their food at the comfort of their homes.

“Personally the dishes that I’ve made available are my top favorites both from The Fat Cow and Asian Cow. With these packages, you can have the best of both restaurants. Whether you want a steak and pasta night or maybe some spicy and fiery Asian dinner,” Chef Patrick said.

For their package for five to seven persons, it includes two appetizers, one chicken dish, one pork or seafood dish, one pasta or noodle dish, one beef dish, and one dessert. All of this for P15,000.

For their package for 12 to 15 persons, which is pegged at P27,000, it includes two appetizers, one chicken dish, one pork or seafood dish, one pasta or noodle dish, one beef dish, and two desserts.

You can choose from Buffalo Mozarella Salad with Prosciutto,  Chorizo and Cheese Croquettes, Salted egg Prawns, and Calamares Negra w/ Garlic Aioli for your appetizers.

For the chicken dishes, choose from Chicken Parmigiano, Baked Garlic and Rosemary Chicken in Olive Oil, Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Truffle Honey, Honey Glazed Chicken, and Asian Cow Fried Chicken.

Choose among Seafoods Risotto, Baked Salmon with Pesto, Asian Glazed PorkBelly with Kimchi Rice, Honey Ribs with Asian Salsa, and Grilled Salmon in Teriyaki Sauce for your pork or seafood dish.

Choices for the pasta or noodles dish are Black Truffle Pasta, 4 Cheese Tomato Penne, CrabFat pasta with Lechon Kawali, Chorizo Aglio Olio with Sousvide Egg, and Pad Thai w/ Shrimps.

For the beef dish you can choose from US Angus Roasted Beef Belly with Peppercorn Gravy, Chimichuri, and Mustards and choice of mashed potato or baked potato for your side dish; US Angus Beef Cheek in Thai Curry, US Angus Beef Tapa with Crispy Potato Chips, and Ginataang Angus Beef Kaldereta.

For the dessert, choose from Strawberry Short Cake, Signature Chocolate Cake, Tiramisu, and Carrot Cake w/ Figs.

Chef Patrick said with the restaurants struggling to survive the pandemic, there is a need for them to adapt to the “new normal.” Hence, making their dishes more accessible to their customers digitally.

“With just a tap of your fingers you can choose your food that you want to have, from appetizers down to desserts,” Chef Patrick said.
