Lunch at The Fat Cow

Me and my office-mate, Doit,  were invited a couple of days ago to try out some of the delicious food The Fat Cow has to offer.

We kicked the meal off with the Arugula and Prosciutto Salad with a serving of Country bread with tomato spread on the side. The salad was refreshing while the tomato spread that came with the bread was really good.

I was served Citrus Infusion Iced Tea to go with the meal. It was really good and also refreshing. A great drink to beat the summer heat.

Then we were served the Four Cheese and Truffle Oyster. It was tasty and the oyster was tasted fresh. I also loved its cheesiness.

For our mains, we had the Kurobuta Cheese Katsu with Mashed Sweet Potato and the Fried Chicken and Corn Waffles with mascovado syrup.

The Kurobuta Cheese Katsu tasted great. I like how the cheese inside oozed when we sliced it open. The Mashed Sweet Potato that came with it was really great.

My favorite was the Fried Chicken and Corn Waffles with mascovado syrup. I just like everything about this dish, it was savory and sweet. I like how Chef Patrick Co used mascovado syrup, which adds a Filipino twist to the classic Southern America dish.

We really enjoyed our lunch here and went home with happy tummies.

Earlier, I have written a review about the The Fat Cow by Chef Patrick Co. I also had desserts before at Dairy, which is also owned by him.
